I've been working my way through your reviews - yes, somewhat belatedly - and have found some of the bigfoot movies you referenced.

Not to kiss your ass or anything, but you are one of the few movie critics (or reviewers, whatever) who is actually a decent writer, in my opinion. Thanks and keep it up. I always look forward to your weekly write-up on the other site.

- librarian and long-time horror movie fanRichard Connhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01144469875588541641noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5110147752122772426.post-84031476483231465312017-02-09T17:14:02.061-08:002017-02-09T17:14:02.061-08:00Bigfoot County, The Lost Coast Tapes... I'm a junkie for Bigfoot films and can't help but watch them no matter how bad they are.Richard Connhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01144469875588541641noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5110147752122772426.post-72078450610875283392014-09-14T18:46:15.192-07:002014-09-14T18:46:15.192-07:00I don't want to spoil anything but what is you...I don't want to spoil anything but what is your interpretation of the woman? It got me thinking about the differences between the two approaches, the advantages of the FF style weighed against all the sacrifices it entails, etc. Nothing beats a well-shot, fully realized production like Carpenter's, but some of the better FF efforts are able to do things these bigger-budgeted movies can't always pull off, like fully exploiting the natural eeriness of a really creepy setting and its surrounds, and the pitch darkness of an unlit stretch of remote, isolated countryside at night.Johnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05364322006357208797noreply@blogger.com
