How does the Myers house go from a livable residence with houses around it, to a condemned wreck in the middle of nowhere, to a occupied home in an actual neighborhood, and back to a shithole again? I know its n it-picky but seriously? How can everyone overlook something so obvious? Maybe consistency is overrated.joshnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5110147752122772426.post-25436295922074737222007-10-13T05:27:00.000-07:002007-10-13T05:27:00.000-07:00I had a very similar experience waiting for H6 to ...I had a very similar experience waiting for H6 to be released. One of my friends and I were big Halloween geeks and we couldn't wait to see how they would explain the ending of part 5. We would come up with different scenerios and possible death scenes to include in our version of 6. A script was started but never completed.

When news of the sequel finally showed up in Fangoria, we were ecstatic. Anticipation was building and expectations were high.

When we finally sat down to watch it we were definitely disappointed and almost insulted. I've only watched the movie that one time but I remember hating it.

I have the producer's cut sitting unwatched in the basement so maybe I'll pop it in this season to give it a second chance. Right now, I consider it the worst of the series, but that may change.brainbughttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11297059055423632367noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5110147752122772426.post-64058895596941867802007-10-08T22:17:00.000-07:002007-10-08T22:17:00.000-07:00If they went back and cut all of the bullshit out ...If they went back and cut all of the bullshit out of parts 4-6 you would actually have 1 or maybe even 2 good movies. While I realize that on a technical level H-20 is a better film than part 6, it still annoys me more. At least here they were trying to tell a more complex story, but just got lost along the way to say the least. Still, the easiest answer is just to say that they never should have made any sequels, but they did, so it's fun to rant about them.Jonathanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09548468568645800735noreply@blogger.com
