I've never seen or read a good 'It's all a dream' film or story and usually am pretty pissed off when it happens. I mean, I know endings can be hard to write, but come on.

I agree with Private Vasquez on the April Fool's ending though. I rented that when I was in high school and remember being completely surprised.William Malmborghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04261043345510784469noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5110147752122772426.post-55270186007510176212009-10-03T17:15:57.081-07:002009-10-03T17:15:57.081-07:00I know it's not a "It's all just a dr...I know it's not a "It's all just a dream ending", but the "It's all just a prank ending" worked well with April Fool's Day '86 and the otherwise plodding "Catacombs" with Pink. With Catacombs, there are so many hints that it's a prank, I would of been more upset with the typical horror ending. Guys spooning.....sounds good to me.Private Vasqueznoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5110147752122772426.post-43912733302882129952009-10-03T10:35:42.766-07:002009-10-03T10:35:42.766-07:00Thank you for ruining this for me and no thats not...Thank you for ruining this for me and no thats not sarcasm. As I said in a previous post I'm so friggin sick of the all-a-dream gimmick. This saves me a few hours of wasting my time and another hour of being pissed off so carry on!AD Veenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5110147752122772426.post-71502021829465106292009-10-03T02:56:47.958-07:002009-10-03T02:56:47.958-07:00Battle Royale also had actors that were really the...Battle Royale also had actors that were really the age they were portraying (15-16) and killing each other on very interesting ways... I guess, technically. he's dying and not sleeping, so it might be hallucinations and not dreams, but I think its close enough to make the point. It worked well in that movie.augustbenassinoreply@blogger.com
